This Privacy Policy governs your use of our SaaS web portal and our mobile applications available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store (including SchoolAira Student & Parent App and SchoolAira Teacher & Staff App). In order to provide educational administration, learning management, and school communication services, we collect and process the following categories of data:

• Student Information: Full name, student ID / roll number, admission number, class and section, gender, date of birth, attendance logs, exam grades, homework/assignment submissions, report cards, and class timetable.
• Parent / Guardian Data: Full name, verified mobile phone number, WhatsApp contact, email address, relationship to the student, and emergency contact information.
• Teacher & Staff Information: Full name, employee ID, qualification, contact details, attendance records, assigned classes/subjects, leave requests, and digital payroll slips (where enabled).
• Fee & Payment Records: Digital fee vouchers, payment verification records, transaction reference IDs, and payment receipts. Note: We do not collect or store full credit/debit card numbers or bank credentials; all transactions are routed through certified financial payment gateways.

5. In-App Promotional Content & Role-Based Advertising (Google Play Families Policy Compliance)

SchoolAira may occasionally display in-house cross-promotions, educational service notices, or community partner announcements within its mobile applications. To comply strictly with Google Play’s Families Policy, Child Safety Standards, and COPPA, we implement server-enforced role-based access control (RBAC):

• Zero Mature / Matrimonial Content for Students: Student accounts NEVER receive, view, or have access to any mature, matrimonial, dating, or commercial third-party advertisements. The student interface is 100% dedicated to educational activities (such as homework, daily attendance, class timetables, and exam results).
• Role-Gated Adult Services: Community announcements or partner applications (such as family matrimonial services or adult continuing education) are strictly restricted and displayed only to authenticated, adult user roles (verified Parents/Guardians and School Teachers/Staff).
• Safe Certified Play Store Redirection: Any action button (e.g. "Install Now") exclusively redirects adult users to official Google Play Store application listings that have already undergone standard Google verification and independent age-rating certification. We never initiate unauthorized APK downloads, deceptive redirects, or unverified off-store links.
• No Behavioral Tracking: We do not track user activity across unrelated websites or third-party platforms to build advertising profiles.
